To foster enlightenment through education and training on the truisms, purposes and fundamental tenets of freemasonry designed to heighten awareness and enhance leveraged relationships among our brothers, thereby,strengthening their commitment to improving the Lodge’s leadership role, functional duties and civic activities.

To develop leaders who will exemplify the true meaning of freemasons in words and actions to the community they live

and to the Lodge they represent.

By providing adequate training and resources aimed at developing leadership abilities among members

By creating an atmosphere of professionalism and respect in the Lodge where members are proud to represent

By instilling to members the importance of ownership, transparency and accountability on services they provide and ethical and honest relationship

with everybody in the Lodge and in the community they serve
